- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- In a bowl, combine the broccoli, peanuts, raisins and onion. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
