Sweet Potato and Carrot Pie Recipe

  • 1 (15 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can carrots, drained
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place the potatoes, carrots, sugar, milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice together in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into the pie crust.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
