- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp plum sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until blended. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator; it will keep for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature and stir before using.
