- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1½ cups ice-cold water
- 1½ tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon rose essence (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender and blend for 3 seconds. Pour into two glasses and serve.
- This drink may be made several hours ahead of time and stored, covered, in the refrigerator.
- It should be served very cold. Stir before serving.
