- 6 tbsp mustard seeds
 - 1/2 cup mustard powder
 - 3 tbsp vinegar
 - 1/2 cup white wine
 - 2 tsp salt
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 2 tbsp finely chopped jalapenos
 
- Stir together mustard seeds, mustard powder. Mix with vinegar and wine. Add salt. Mix thoroughly. Mix in honey and jalapenos. Pour into jar. Refrigerate anywhere from 1 to 3 days to bring out flavors.
