Sweet Green Salad Recipe
- 3 tablespoons Market Pantry™ butter
- 3/4 cup Market Pantry™ slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons Market Pantry™ sugar
- 1 head butter lettuce leaves
- 1 head radicchio
- 1 cup halved strawberries
- 1/2 cup refrigerated poppy seed salad dressing
- Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add almonds; cook and stir 3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with sugar; toss to coat. Set aside.
- Roughly tear lettuce leaves and radicchio into bite-sized pieces. Place in large bowl. Add strawberries and almonds; toss salad with dressing.
