Sweet Green Salad Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons Market Pantry™ butter
  • 3/4 cup Market Pantry™ slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Market Pantry™ sugar
  • 1 head butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 head radicchio
  • 1 cup halved strawberries
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated poppy seed salad dressing
  1. Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add almonds; cook and stir 3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with sugar; toss to coat. Set aside.
  2. Roughly tear lettuce leaves and radicchio into bite-sized pieces. Place in large bowl. Add strawberries and almonds; toss salad with dressing.
