- 1/2 pound Archer Farms™ chorizo or breakfast sausage
 - 1 cup celery, diced
 - 1 cup yellow onion, diced
 - 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
 - 4 cups dry bread cubes
 - 1 cup Market Pantry™ apple juice
 - 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ butter, melted
 
- HEAT oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 11/2-quart baking dish or 9-inch pie plate with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
 - COOK sausage in skillet over medium-high heat, stirring for 3 to 4 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Add celery, onion and cranberries. Continue cooking and stir occasionally for 3 to 4 minutes or until onions are soft. Remove from heat.
 - STIR in bread cubes, apple juice and butter; mix well. Spoon into baking dish or pie plate; cover with lid or aluminum foil.
 - BAKE for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot throughout. Serve as is or use to stuff a 10- to 12-lb. turkey.
