Sushi House Salad Dressing, Its ORANGE! Recipe

  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
  • 1 (2 inch) piece fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  1. Place carrots, ginger root, soy sauce, vinegar, and orange juice into a blender; blend until liquified. Pour in peanut oil and pulse once or twice just to combine.
