- 1/4 cup water
- 8 dates
- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 banana
- Ahead of time: Combine water and dates in a microwave-safe measuring cup. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning: Process yogurt, juice concentrate, honey, vanilla, banana, and date mixture in blender until blended, 30 to 60 seconds. Serve immediately.
