Summer Fruit Tart Recipe

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar, divided
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup fresh ripe peach slices
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons toasted PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour and 1/4 cup of the sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. Place 1/2 cup almonds in blender container; cover. Process until ground. Add to flour mixture. Add water; stir until dough forms a ball. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 cup sugar and egg with electric mixer until well blended. Pour into crust. Top with peaches and berries. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. almonds. Bake 25 to 30 min. Cool. Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
