- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 pint strawberries, halved
- 1/2 pint raspberries
- 1/2 pint blueberries
- 2 oranges, peeled and diced
- 1 cup cantaloupe or honeydew melon balls
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- In a medium bowl, whisk the juice and honey. Add the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, oranges, melon, and mint, and toss gently. Chill 1 hour.
