Stuffed Turkey Burgers Recipe

  • 1 (20 ounce) package lean ground turkey
  • 8 teaspoons Sutton & Dodge™ sun dried tomato basil butter
  • 4 hamburger buns, sliced
  • 8 thin slices red onion
  • 8 thin slices tomato
  • 4 Bibb lettuce leaves
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Divide turkey evenly into 4 balls. Press 2 teaspoons butter in center of each ball. Form balls into 5 to 6-inch diameter patties. Season with salt and pepper, if you like.
  3. Place burgers on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
  4. Place burgers on buns; top with onion, tomato and lettuce.
