- 1 (20 ounce) package lean ground turkey
- 8 teaspoons Sutton & Dodge™ sun dried tomato basil butter
- 4 hamburger buns, sliced
- 8 thin slices red onion
- 8 thin slices tomato
- 4 Bibb lettuce leaves
- Heat grill.
- Divide turkey evenly into 4 balls. Press 2 teaspoons butter in center of each ball. Form balls into 5 to 6-inch diameter patties. Season with salt and pepper, if you like.
- Place burgers on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
- Place burgers on buns; top with onion, tomato and lettuce.
