- 1 large flat mushroom
 - ¼ mushroom, finely chopped
 - 85g/3oz white breadcrumbs
 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
 - 50g/1¾oz grated Edam cheese
 - handful flatleaf parsley
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - salt and freshly ground black pepper
 
- Mix the ¼ mushroom, breadcrumbs, garlic, Edam, parsley and oil together and season with salt and pepper.
 - Fill the whole mushroom with this stuffing and bake in the oven for ten minutes.
 - Serve.
