Strawberry Upside Down Cake Recipe

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 (6 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan. Put a single layer of miniature marshmallows on the bottom of the pan.
  2. Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Pour batter over marshmallows in pan.
  3. Mix gelatin powder and strawberries in a medium bowl. Pour over cake batter in the pan.
  4. Bake according to package instructions.
