- 8 ounces strawberries, hulled and sliced (about 1 cup), plus whole strawberries for garnish
- A 3/4-pound mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 pint strawberry sorbet
- 1 1/2 cups chilled unsweetened pineapple juice
- In a blender, blend the sliced strawberries, the mango, the sorbet, and the pineapple juice until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and garnish it with whole strawberries.
