- 1kg/2Âźlb fresh strawberries
- 250g/9oz icing sugar
- 100ml/4fl oz lemon (juice of approx. two large lemons)
- Crush the strawberries and rub through a nylon sieve to extract the seeds. Stir in the lemon juice then whisk in the icing sugar.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and churn until frozen or make granita style if you don't have a machine.
