Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles® Recipe

  • 3/8 cup Snack Factory® Gluten Free Original Pretzel Crisps® Minis
  • 3 3/4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 4 ounces non-dairy cream cheese
  • 1/8 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/8 cup plain coconut milk yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons almond (or soy or coconut) milk
  1. In a food processor, pulse Gluten Free Original Pretzel Crisps(R) Minis to a fine crumb consistency. Mix in a bowl with vegetable oil and set aside.
  2. Place strawberries, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, yogurt, and almond milk into a food processor. Mix on low until strawberries are broken down and ingredients are combined and creamy.
  3. Pour strawberry mixture into a Popsicle(R) mold or any silicone mold. Carefully press Pretzel Crisp(R) crumbs on top to cover. Stick a Popsicle(R) stick or decorative straw into each mold and freeze until hard.
