Stir-Fry Sauce Recipe

  • ¼ cup regular or reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced, or 1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons finely minced fresh ginger or bottled minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Asian (dark) sesame oil
  1. Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. It will keep for 1 week, covered, in the refrigerator.
