- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed to a paste in a mortar and pestle
- 3 baby sweetcorn, chopped
- 85g/3oz sirloin steak, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan and gently fry the spring onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes to soften, then add the sweetcorn and beef strips. Fry for a further 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your liking.
- Stir in the ketchup, honey and sesame seeds until the beef is evenly coated, then pile onto a serving plate.
