Stewed Tomato Pasta Recipe

  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Italian stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 (12 ounce) package spiral pasta
  1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine the tomatoes, broth, oil and Italian seasoning; bring to a boil. Add pasta. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 16-18 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
