Steves Homemade Mudslide Recipe

  • 4 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup, divided
  • 3 fluid ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 2 fluid ounces vodka
  • 2 fluid ounces coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  1. Combine ice, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, heavy cream, vodka, coffee-flavored liqueur, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, espresso powder, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the inside of 4 glasses with 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup to make a decorative pattern; pour in mudslide to within 1 inch of the top.
