Steamed spring greens Recipe

  • large handful spring greens, sliced
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 25g/1oz butter
  1. Place the spring greens in a steamer set over a pan of boiling water and steam for 6-8 minutes, or until tender. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper and transfer to a serving dish.
  2. Dot the butter over the greens and serve.
