Steamed sea bass with ginger, sesame oil and chives Recipe

  • 1 tsp sesame oil, plus extra for oiling
  • 1 sea bass fillet
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh root ginger
  • ½ red pepper, sliced into fine strips
  1. Place the fish onto a small oiled plate, then place inside a bamboo steamer.
  2. Drizzle over the soy sauce and sesame oil, scatter over the ginger and pepper and steam for 6-8 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through. Serve immediately.
