- 6 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 (8 ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 8 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- Whisk orange juice concentrate, vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl.
- Toss coleslaw mix with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds and 2/3 of the orange dressing. Mix the remaining dressing with the roast beef.
- Evenly distribute the beef between all the tortillas. Top each one with slaw, roll up, slice in half and serve.
