Spinach Ranch Dip Recipe

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1/2 cup finely grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow peppers
  • WHEAT THINS Multi-Grain Snack Crackers
  1. Mix sour cream and dressing until well blended.
  2. Stir in spinach, carrots and peppers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve as a dip with the crackers.
