Spinach Artichoke Lactaid® Dip Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) container LACTAID® Cottage Cheese
  • 1 (1 ounce) package non-dairy ranch dip mix
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can chopped spinach, well drained
  • 3 artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped or slivered almonds
  • Assorted cut-up vegetables for dipping
  1. Combine cottage cheese and ranch mix in a bowl. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, and almonds. Mix well.
  2. Serve chilled with assorted vegetables such as carrot and celery sticks.
