- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 fluid ounces rum
- 4 fluid ounces triple sec
- 1 drop food coloring, or as needed (optional)
- Combine coconut milk, pineapple juice, cream, sugar, salt, rum, triple sec, and food coloring in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into zip-top ice pop pouches. Place in the freezer; freeze until firm.
