Spicy Remoulade Recipe

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1½ teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • Kosher salt
  1. Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine and season to taste with salt. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
