Spicy Mexican Fondue Recipe

  • 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon half and half
  • 1 tablespoon Chardonnay, dry white wine or half and half
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.
  2. Microwave on medium for 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is almost melted, stirring every 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave and stir until all the cheese is melted and ingredients are blended. Serve in a fondue pot or warm bowl. Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables or crusty bread.
