Spicy Gazpacho Recipe

  • 1 (28 ounce) can Italian plum tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, seeded, coarsely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Morton® Seasoned Salt
  • Few drops of Tabasco® sauce
  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and green onions. Process to small chunks in food processor or blender; do not over-process. Combine chopped vegetables and remaining ingredients; mix until blended. Chill.
