Spicy Gazpacho Recipe
- 1 (28 ounce) can Italian plum tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, seeded, coarsely chopped
- 1 red pepper, coarsely chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons Morton® Seasoned Salt
- Few drops of Tabasco® sauce
- Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and green onions. Process to small chunks in food processor or blender; do not over-process. Combine chopped vegetables and remaining ingredients; mix until blended. Chill.
