Spicy Cole Slaw Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw cabbage mixture
- 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced chives
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Few drops of favorite hot sauce
- 1 cup Marzetti Slaw Dressing
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss with Marzetti Slaw Dressing. Chill for 1 hour and serve. Salad can be prepared several hours in advance. Store remaining portion, covered in the refrigerator.
