- 1 (24 ounce) package Archer Farms™ frozen spicy beef tamales, thawed
- 1 (10 ounce) can red enchilada sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- Spray 8×11-inch microwavable glass pan with cooking spray. Remove tamales from corn husks and place in pan.
- Pour enchilada sauce over tamales. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Place in microwave. Microwave on High 9 to 11 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
