Spicy Ahi Tuna Steaks Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ frozen Ahi tuna steaks, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ hot chili pineapple sauce
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  1. Heat grill to medium heat. Rinse tuna steaks with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In small bowl, mix together sauce and peanut butter. Spread mixture on one side of tuna steaks.
  3. When ready to grill, place tuna, sauce side down, on grill. Spread sauce on face-up side of tuna. Grill tuna 10 to 12 minutes, turning once or until it flakes easily with fork.
