- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ frozen Ahi tuna steaks, thawed
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ hot chili pineapple sauce
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- Heat grill to medium heat. Rinse tuna steaks with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In small bowl, mix together sauce and peanut butter. Spread mixture on one side of tuna steaks.
- When ready to grill, place tuna, sauce side down, on grill. Spread sauce on face-up side of tuna. Grill tuna 10 to 12 minutes, turning once or until it flakes easily with fork.
