- ½ mango, flesh scored in a criss-cross pattern with a sharp knife
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 lime, juice only
- pinch dried chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Place the mango onto a baking sheet. Drizzle over the honey and lime juice and sprinkle over the dried chilli flakes and brown sugar. Place into the oven and bake for five minutes, or until the sugar has melted and begun to caramelise.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a warm plate to serve.
