Speedy Ginger-Chicken Soup Bowls Recipe

  • 3/4 cup MINUTE White Rice , uncooked
  • 4 teaspoons minced gingerroot
  • 1 cup OSCAR MAYER Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts
  • 2 cups mixed thin red pepper, carrot and green onion slices
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  1. Combine 3 Tbsp. rice and 1 tsp. gingerroot in each of 4 microwavable soup bowls.
  2. Top each with 1/4 cup chicken and 1/2 cup of the vegetables; stir until well blended.
  3. Add 1/2 cup each broth and water to each bowl; cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
