- 4 Market Pantry® frozen tilapia fillets, thawed
- 1 small orange
- 2 tablespoons Market Pantry butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking pan with sides with foil. Arrange fish on foil-lined pan.
- Grate 1 teaspoon peel from orange. Stir orange peel and remaining ingredients in small bowl. Cut 4 slices from orange, and then halve slices. Arrange orange slices on fish and drizzle with butter mixture.
- Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
