Spanish Roasted Tilapia Recipe

  • 4 Market Pantry® frozen tilapia fillets, thawed
  • 1 small orange
  • 2 tablespoons Market Pantry butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking pan with sides with foil. Arrange fish on foil-lined pan.
  2. Grate 1 teaspoon peel from orange. Stir orange peel and remaining ingredients in small bowl. Cut 4 slices from orange, and then halve slices. Arrange orange slices on fish and drizzle with butter mixture.
  3. Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
