Southwestern Corn and Walnut Dip Recipe

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground red chile pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  1. With a mixer, blend together cream cheese, oil, lime juice, red chile pepper, cumin, and salt until smooth. Stir in corn, walnuts, and onion. Cover, and refrigerate.
