Southwestern Chicken Chili Recipe

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pound Market Pantry® boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 (15.8 ounce) cans great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Market Pantry chicken broth
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package Market Pantry taco seasoning mix with 30% less sodium
  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes until hot.
  3. Ladle chili into bowls. Add toppings of shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro and green onions, if you like.
