- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pound Market Pantry® boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 (15.8 ounce) cans great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Market Pantry chicken broth
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package Market Pantry taco seasoning mix with 30% less sodium
- Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes until hot.
- Ladle chili into bowls. Add toppings of shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro and green onions, if you like.
