Southwestern BLT Sandwiches Recipe

  • 8 slices Archer Farms™ thick-sliced hardwood smoked bacon
  • 1 Archer Farms™ jalapeno Cheddar focaccia, cut in wedges and split in half
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 refrigerated classic guacamole
  1. Cook bacon as directed on package.
  2. Spread bottom half of each focaccia wedge with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; top with 2 slices bacon, broken to fit, lettuce leaf and 3 slices tomato. Top each with guacamole and remaining focaccia wedges.
