- 8 slices Archer Farms™ thick-sliced hardwood smoked bacon
- 1 Archer Farms™ jalapeno Cheddar focaccia, cut in wedges and split in half
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 refrigerated classic guacamole
- Cook bacon as directed on package.
- Spread bottom half of each focaccia wedge with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; top with 2 slices bacon, broken to fit, lettuce leaf and 3 slices tomato. Top each with guacamole and remaining focaccia wedges.
