- 1 cup non-fat sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)
- 1 (3 ounce) package Quaker® Quakes® Cheddar Cheese Rice Snacks
- Combine first four ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Dip or spread each Quakes Cheddar Cheese Rice Snack with 2/3 teaspoon of the mixture.
