Smoked Sausage White Bean Chili Recipe

  • 1 (14 ounce) package Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 (15.8 ounce) cans great Northern beans, drained, rinsed
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  1. Brown sausage in 4-quart saucepan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add broth; stir to incorporate any browned bits on the bottom of pan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
