Smoked Sausage Reuben with Honey Mustard Dill Sauce Recipe

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 2 teaspoons snipped dill
  • 4 slices dark rye bread
  • 1/3 head cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced lengthwise
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey mustard and dill to make the honey mustard dill sauce.
  2. Place the bread slices side by side in a baking dish. Spread each slice with approximately 1 tbsp. sauce. Layer each slice with 1/4 of the cheese, cabbage and sausage.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until warmed through and the cheese has melted. Serve open-face style.
