Smoked Sausage Breakfast Casserole Recipe

  • 6 slices SARA LEE® Soft & Smooth™ Whole Grain White Bread, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) package small smoked sausages
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl; mix well. 3. Layer bread, cheese and sausages in greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
  3. Pour egg and milk mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Remove cover; bake 10 minutes longer.
