- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1″ pieces
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1″ pieces
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into 1″ pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large red onion, cut into 1/2″ wedges
- 1 (14 ounce) package Butterball® Turkey Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2″ pieces
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- Heat grill or broiler. Toss vegetable squares in oil and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Thread smoked sausage with alternating vegetable pieces on 8 skewers.
- Grill or broil 10 minutes, turning often.
