Smoked Salmon Toast Points Recipe

  • 1/4 cup all natural sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ pure orange blossom honey
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 4 slices multigrain bread
  • 16 thin slices English cucumber
  • 1 (4 ounce) package Archer Farms™ all natural smoked sockeye salmon
  • 8 sprigs fresh dill
  1. Combine sour cream, honey and garlic in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Toast bread in toaster; cool slightly. Cut each bread slice in half cross wise.
  3. Spread bread with sour cream mixture. Top with cucumber, salmon and dill sprigs.
