- 1/4 cup all natural sour cream
- 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ pure orange blossom honey
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 4 slices multigrain bread
- 16 thin slices English cucumber
- 1 (4 ounce) package Archer Farms™ all natural smoked sockeye salmon
- 8 sprigs fresh dill
- Combine sour cream, honey and garlic in small bowl; set aside.
- Toast bread in toaster; cool slightly. Cut each bread slice in half cross wise.
- Spread bread with sour cream mixture. Top with cucumber, salmon and dill sprigs.
