Smoked Pork Chops with Maple Glaze Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ pure maple syrup
  • 2 bone-in smoked pork chops
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  1. Heat grill. Mix mustard and maple syrup for glaze.
  2. Place chops on grill over high heat. Cover and cook 8 minutes, turning once. Brush tops of chops with glaze. Turn and cook 1 minute or until browned. Repeat with other side.
  3. Place chops on serving platter, season with pepper.
