- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Archer Farms™ pure maple syrup
- 2 bone-in smoked pork chops
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- Heat grill. Mix mustard and maple syrup for glaze.
- Place chops on grill over high heat. Cover and cook 8 minutes, turning once. Brush tops of chops with glaze. Turn and cook 1 minute or until browned. Repeat with other side.
- Place chops on serving platter, season with pepper.
