Smoked Paprika Chicken Tacos Recipe

  • 1 package McCormick® Gourmet Smoked Paprika Chicken Taco Recipe & Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider or white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into short thin strips
  • 12 (6 inch) corn or flour tortillas
  1. Mix Seasoning Mix, orange juice, oil and vinegar in small bowl until well blended. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Add chicken to skillet; cook and stir 8 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Serve chicken in warm tortillas with desired toppings.
