Smoked Cooked Ham Tartare Recipe

  • 3/4 pound smoked ham, diced – or more to taste
  • 2/3 pound dried apricots, diced
  • 2/3 pound pitted dates, diced
  • 1/2 (15 ounce) package raisins, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary, or to taste
  1. Combine smoked ham, apricots, dates, raisins, olive oil, and rosemary in a bowl. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
