- 1 (3 pound) boneless pork shoulder roast
- 1 (12 ounce) jar Archer Farms ™ Kentucky bourbon barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 hamburger buns
- Place roast in 3 to 4-quart slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on Low setting 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 hours.
- Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Return meat to slow cooker and stir in BBQ sauce.
- Serve shredded pork on buns topped with cheese and chopped onion.
