Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches Recipe

  • 1 (3 pound) boneless pork shoulder roast
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar Archer Farms ™ Kentucky bourbon barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 hamburger buns
  1. Place roast in 3 to 4-quart slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on Low setting 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 hours.
  3. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Return meat to slow cooker and stir in BBQ sauce.
  4. Serve shredded pork on buns topped with cheese and chopped onion.
