Slow-Cooker Apple Raspberry Sauce Recipe

  • 12 green apples – peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, or more to taste (optional)
  1. Combine apples, raspberries, water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a slow cooker crock.
  2. Cook on Low until apples can easily be mashed, about 6 hours.
